Scholarship Test 2025 – Terms & Conditions
To ensure a fair and transparent scholarship process, the following terms and conditions apply to all students participating in the" BRIGHT MINDS TALENT TEST "2025.
1. Eligibility Criteria
• The scholarship test is open to students applying for admission to Pre-Primary to Class 10 for the academic year 2025-26.
• Students must register for the test and appear on the scheduled date.
• Only new admissions are eligible for this scholarship; existing students are not covered under this scheme.
2. Scholarship Prize & Fee Deduction
• The scholarship test offers prize money ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 based on performance.
• No cash payments will be made. The prize amount will only be adjusted as a discount on the total school fees upon successful admission.
• The scholarship amount is valid only for the academic year 2025-26 and cannot be carried forward or deferred for future years.
3. Admission Process & Scholarship Claim
• To avail of the scholarship, students must complete the admission process within [mention deadline, e.g., 15 days] of the scholarship result announcement.
• The scholarship is only applicable if the student officially joins the school. If the student does not take admission within the given timeframe, the scholarship will be forfeited.
• The student must fulfill all school admission formalities, including document verification and fee payment after deducting the scholarship amount.
4. Non-Transferability & Usage
• The awarded scholarship is non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another student, sibling, or individual.
• The scholarship amount cannot be converted into cash, vouchers, or any other benefit apart from fee adjustment.
• If the student withdraws from the school for any reason, the scholarship will be automatically canceled, and the fee adjustment will be revoked. No refund will be provided.
5. Selection, Result Declaration & Evaluation Criteria
• The scholarship will be granted based on the student’s performance in the test and as per the school’s evaluation guidelines.
• The school reserves the right to determine the final scholarship amount based on merit.
• Scholarship results will be announced on [mention date], and decisions made by the school regarding scholarships will be final and binding.
• No requests for re-evaluation or reconsideration of the awarded amount will be entertained.
6. Scholarship Cancellation & Revocation
• If any false or misleading information is provided during the admission process, the school reserves the right to cancel the scholarship immediately.
• If a student violates school policies or is found involved in misconduct, the scholarship may be withdrawn.
• The school reserves the right to cancel, discontinue, or modify the scholarship program without prior notice.
7. Legal & Administrative Clauses
• Participation in the scholarship test implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions stated above.
• The school reserves the right to alter the scholarship structure or make changes as deemed necessary.
• Any disputes related to the scholarship will be handled by the school administration, and its decision will be final and non-negotiable.
